Stephanie M. Loughlin and Emily A. Plocki, of Venable LLP, will explore the intersection of income and estate tax considerations when planning for the entrepreneurial client.  Specifically, this program will address choice of entity concerns, “carried interest” planning and related valuation considerations, basis and other income tax aspects of entity interest gifts, including the effect of debt on entity interest transfers, installment sales, and practices for setting up and administering entities.
