The webinar will address the various Biden tax proposals briefly and discuss the potential impact on estate planning strategies and audit considerations.  The speakers will also share perspectives on the extent to which the proposals are likely to be implemented and the related tax considerations in domestic and international estate planning in 2021 and beyond.
