Description: Those who attend this new and thought-provoking class will learn the “ins” and “outs” of getting an injury case through litigation.  For the uninitiated, there are many traps and pitfalls to avoid.  From administrative notice, filing requirements, expert witnesses, insurance coverage and subrogation, to knowing whether a case is even worth pursuing, our expert faculty will set you on the right track.  While this class is intended for attorneys for whom medical malpractice litigation is not a primary specialty, even those who are experienced in this area may find the information our insightful faculty will share to be of interest.
