Description: The increased kinds and numbers of cyber risks, from data breaches to computer hacking, present a variety of challenges to businesses and organizations. This class will address the key cyber risks from the perspective of an insurance attorney and a broker who specializes in this field. Specifically, our faculty will describe the key things attorneys should know about different cyber risks their clients may face. They will also point out specific issues that apply to professional organizations such as law firms and accounting firms. In addition, you will learn about cyber insurance and how it can help mitigate the risk and the potential gaps your client may have in coverage.
