This panel discussion will address the emotional and legal implications couples face when infidelity is discovered.  A highly experienced private investigator will cover the various forms of technology and methods used to obtain evidence for clients and/or the attorneys in family law cases.  A seasoned attorney in MD, VA and DC will discuss how the different jurisdictions currently handle adultery in family cases, as well as any proposed changes.  Finally, an experienced mental health professional will explain the various emotions clients grapple with when an affair is revealed, and tips for handling these cases with greater empathy and understanding.
