The Community serves lawyers interested in the practice of corporation, finance, or securities law. Its activities aim to facilitate professional growth and networking by:

• advancing members’ professional development and competence by offering educational programs and publications
• keeping members informed about changes and developments in the law and publishing information about those subjects
• monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and commenting on issues within the community’s areas of expertise
• providing a forum for discussing corporation, finance, and securities law practice
• fulfilling the Bar’s commitment to public service and community outreach

The Community sponsors activities to fulfill these objectives including luncheon and evening educational programs, receptions, and meetings.
