Description: Credits: 3.0 Credit Hours Description: This timely class will help you understand immigration benefits available to minors, including the impact of the Supreme Court’s 2020 decision in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. In addition, our faculty experts will provide an overview of the treatment of children under immigration law as addressed in the Immigration and Nationality Act, federal regulations, and agency policy and guidance. Those who attend will have an opportunity to explore with our panelists current immigration law and practice concerning children and deportation.
