ON DEMAND: Coding for Lawyers

Credit: 0 Credit Hours
Run Time: 350 Minutes
**This is a previously recorded series of programs, originally recorded between March 21 - 28, 2019.
The D.C. Bar Communities Office is excited to offer a three-session introduction to coding. This interactive training will introduce legal professionals how to code in a programming language called Python. You will learn the basics of computer programming, the limitations of what software can do, and how to start writing your own programs. Python can be used to make web scrapers, Twitter bots, and document automators.
The course is for beginners with no coding experience who want to better position themselves in the quickly evolving legal market and each session will build on the previous ones.
