The panel will discuss overlapping enforcement jurisdiction of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ).
 
This is an “Off the Record” program. Remarks made during “Off the Record” program may not be used for publication. Pre-registration for this program is encouraged, but walk-ups are also welcomed. As always, please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues. D.C. Bar membership is not required to attend. Food is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 11:45 am. Lunch and networking begins at 12:00 pm. Program content starts at 12:15 pm.
