The faculty will focus on the three pillars of an effective campaign—public education, lobbying, and political support—and will explore the organizational structures to be created (political committees and 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527 organizations); the activities in which each can engage; and the regulatory compliance obligations that each type of organization must satisfy.
