The panel will discuss the recently released proposed regulations regarding the deduction under section 250 for FDII and GILTI.  How do the regulations address the questions raised by the statute, and what should taxpayers do to ensure that they can claim the benefits of the deduction?
 
Pre-registration for this program is encouraged. As always, please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues. D.C. Bar membership is not required to attend. Food is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 11:45 am. Lunch and networking begins at 12:00 pm. Program content starts at 12:15 pm.
