Description: This timely and informative class will give participants an overview of the main areas of law impacted by the public policy favoring vaccination.  Among the topics our faculty expert will discuss are:
 
  • How vaccines and their administration are regulated for safety
  • What kinds of public vaccination mandates exist both for school children and for adults, and what kinds of exemptions exist for those mandates
  • What rights an employer has to impose private vaccination mandates on employees
  • What steps must be taken to report an alleged injury resulting from a vaccination
  • How the National Vaccine Injury Compensation System operates.
