Description: This new class will provide insight on how to successfully handle potential client  intake for any type of law practice or even a specific litigation, with an added emphasis for potential clients for personal injury, mass torts or  class actions, with a focus on optimizing for an efficient and streamlined client intake process. Those who attend will learn:
 
  • Potential client’s expectations for a law firm when they first inquire
  • 24/7 intake, when is required and how to manage
  • How to create and maintain a well-designed client intake system
  • Proper training protocols for intake staff; staffing correctly
  • Screening potential clients for each phase of litigation and change management
  • HIPAA compliant e-sign solutions and technology for retainers and medical docs
  • Intake bandwidth and staffing required ongoing and per litigation
  • Intake technology integrations and solutions to organize and track clients
  • Intake measuring and reporting
  • Auditing your own internal intake team for improvement
The goal is for all attendees to receive a pragmatic, best-practices understanding of the modern-day requirements for the entire legal intake process with simple paths to take for auditing and improvement.
