Our expert panel of title insurance underwriters and practitioners will explain the current state of Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) in 2019, and will examine how to successfully negotiate and effect real estate transactions involving TOPA.

Food is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 11:45 am. Lunch and networking begins at 12:00 pm. Program content starts at 12:15 pm.
