The panelists will discuss the legislative outlook for retirement plans and health and welfare plans in 2019 under the new Congress, including pending retirement-related bills and the prospects of the ACA and HSAs.  The panelists will also discuss the recent and expected agency guidance related to implementation of the Trump Administration’s regulatory agenda (including Association Health Plans, Short-Term Limited Duration Insurance, and HRAs) and recent and expected IRS guidance (including changes to the safe harbor distribution notice and EPCRS, the student loan-related PLR, frozen plan relief, and missing participants).
