Small Business Legal Issues: A Training for Volunteer Attorneys (Free)

The purpose of this training session is to expand the pool of lawyers prepared to provide pro bono assistance to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs through the Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinics.
 
This training program, led by attorneys at Blank Rome, will focus on business formation, real estate issues, intellectual property considerations, and employment law as they relate to the unique circumstances of small neighborhood-based businesses.
 
The training is open to all attorneys and we specifically encourage those who wish to volunteer at Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinics for the first time to attend. Law students are also welcome to attend.
