This presentation will discuss Maryland’s perennial attempts to adopt mandatory unitary combined reporting (“MUCR”) as well as other proposed state legislation such as Pennsylvania’s MUCR proposal and New Hampshire’s proposed worldwide combined reporting bill. It will also address the nuances of recent state combined reporting legislation adopted in Kentucky, New Jersey, and New Mexico. Finally, it will dive into the MTC’s Combined Filing Model Working Group and its consideration of adopting the Finnigan approach.
