Run Time: 91 Minutes

**This is a previously recorded program, originally recorded on June 5, 2020.

Please join the REHLU Community as we discuss the impact of COVID-19 on various sectors of real estate! In Part I of this 2-part series, we will look into how the novel Coronavirus is affecting commercial and residential leasing. A diverse panel of expert representatives in commercial office and retail spaces, residential owners and property managers, and residential tenants will explore issues like tenants' inability to pay rent, force majeure clauses, implications of the CARES Act, the Coronavirus Omnibus Emergency Act, and the like. They will also discuss resulting changes that might be required to protect the interests of the respective parties, and on a positive note - what good changes did COVID-19 necessitate.
