Description:Credits: 2.0 Credit Hours Description: Our engaging and insightful faculty will take those who attend through multiple fully negotiated LLC agreements. They will focus on standard provisions, negotiating and understanding partnership tax concepts, key management provisions, and effective exit strategies. Those who attend will learn the ins and outs of negotiating and drafting LLC agreements under the laws of the District of Columbia, and specific provisions of note will be discussed in detail.
